Zoho adds project management with Enteprise 2.0 tools

Zoho has always offered a lot of bang for the buck from a low-cost office suite to CRM and much more, and this week they announced they were releasing version 2.0 of their project management product complete with Enterprise 2.0 collaboration tools. The new offering includes a project wiki, a chat tool for online communication and a project stream that lets the project manager and team members follow current project activities.

Rodrigo Vaca, director of marketing at Zoho says collaboration is an important factor. "More than anything, teams need a tool that supports the collaboration needed to successfully execute their projects. We designed Zoho Projects 2.0 to be a project utility where users across the office and around the world can work together on their projects, providing a place to keep all their files, chat, wiki, forums, and other materials."

Zoho has a tiered pricing model starting with a single project version for free (a great way to test it), $12 per month for the Standard Plan (10 projects and 2 GB of online storage) and $80 per month for the Enterprise Plan (unlimited projects and 25 GB of online storage).

Projects 2.0 is available immediately.
