StoredIQ releases version 6.0
StoredIQ, a content management company focused on enterprise compliance and eDiscovery needs, recently announced the release of StoredIQ 6.0.
StoredIQ 6.0's user interface will feature eDiscoveryManager--what the company describes as "a step-by-step, straightforward legal-focused workflow" with will allow legal departments to better navigate enterprise content. The update also allows real-time analysis on data in its native location and touts an improved architecture for faster and more accurate data identification and collection.
"The elegant workflow and powerful analytics give legal the ability to analyze data in place, estimate review cost and make strategic 'settle versus argue' decision far earlier in the process," said Brian Babineau, senior analyst with Enterprise Strategy Group.
The new platform also features the StoredIQ Scoreboard, which keeps track of the files eliminated from consideration, throughout the eDiscovery process, to give an instant glimpse at the downstream review cycle, said the company. The latest release has an upgraded 64-bit software stack, server nodes and on-board storage. It also boasts support for Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint 2010.
