Spotlight: Adobe digital publishing platform reaches milestone

Helps publications in their push to be mobile

Adobe announced a milestone this week: more than 100 million digital downloads of magazines, newspapers, corporate publications and apps have been created with Adobe's (NASDAQ: ADBE) Digital Publishing Suite. They've achieved this in just over two years. As the world grows increasingly mobile and the number of smartphones and tablets begins to tip past that of desktop PCs, it's no wonder publishers are looking for ways to make their content more friendly for these devices, and the DPS offers a means of delivering content in a mobile package.
