NetSuite brings workflow to Cloud ERP suite

NetSuite, the cloud ERP suite company with tools for customer relationship management (CRM), eCommerce and financial tracking have introduced workflow, providing a way to move information through an organized and automated set of processes.

SuiteFlow, like many of today's workflow software products, provides a way to set up complex workflows using a graphical view. This enables customers to set up workflows for common activities, such as subscription updates. The product lets users establish tasks, reminders and customer notifications, sales processes that include mandatory data entry, follow up tasks and rep notifications, and customer support processes--including inactivity reminders, escalations and service level agreement (SLA) enforcement. All of this can be automated to move through NetSuite's family of products.

Evan Goldberg, Chairman and CTO of NetSuite says that this helps NetSuite achieve its goal of putting these tools in reach of business users without necessarily requiring IT help to get things done. "Comprehensive process management was the last frontier in breaking down those walls. SuiteFlow represents the ultimate intersection of people, process and technology, and a quantum leap in empowerment for business users," he said.

NetSuite has always offered a cloud alternative for companies looking for a comprehensive solution. The workflow tool gives customers a way to use those tools more efficiently. It's worth noting we haven't seen this product yet, so you should review the product carefully to be sure it works according to claims.
