Manage mixed-media documents with eCopy PaperWorks
It can be frustrating to keep track of information when half of what you're working with is electronic, and the other half is on paper. Some people create entire filing systems to help them keep track of related mixed-media documents, but having such a system doesn't help if you need to look at a print page that's in your office when you're half-way around the world.
eCopy offers a solution allowing your staff to scan paper documents into text-searchable, secure PDFs. This new product is eCopy PaperWorks. Once you have the physical files in PDFs, eCopy PaperWorks lets you merge in other documents from your network, as well.
These combined PDFs can then be viewed and edited, and bookmarks, headers, footers, Bates Stamps, electronic signatures and annotations can be added to the document.
Even better, this product integrates with CMS solutions such as Microsoft SharePoint, EMC Documentum, Autonomy iManage WorkSite and Open Text eDOCS DM. So once documents have been scanned, merged, edited and annotated, you can make sure that anyone in your organization that needs access can find them.
