Jascha Franklin-Hodge of Blue State Digital on getting people involved in social media

In this video taken at Enterprise 2.0 in Boston last month, I recorded part of a presentation by Jascha Franklin-Hodge, who is chief technology officer and founding partner at Blue State Digital, the company responsible for building Obama's web presence and social media campaign. In this snippet Franklin-Hodge discusses the differences between social media tools like a Facebook and a social media campaign a political candidate (or a business) might undertake.

Design is key, as is giving users the ability to take specific actions. The whole presentation was really fascinating and you can watch it by going to the Enterprise 2.0 video page and registering.
