EnCase 4.2 aims to simplify eDiscovery
Last week Guidance Software released version 4.2 of its eDiscovery software, EnCase with several key enhancements including a simplified interface, a new wizard that lets users check off which documents they want to include in the Discovery process, and improved workflow. The new version also includes support for Office 365, Microsoft's (NASDAQ: MSFT) cloud offering, which will be released from Beta this week. As more companies create, edit and share documents in the cloud, having access to this data in the discovery process is increasingly important.
