Ektron launches portal for advanced partner support

Ektron has created an online destination to provide advanced support to its partners. The Partner Portal is the latest extension of Ektron's strategy to further align with partner needs and provide an even stronger support infrastructure to its channel program. The Portal offers access to resources for deal registration, order processing, presales and technical support, as well as an advanced knowledge base of sales tools, marketing collateral and technical documentation. Every partner who logs into the portal has his own profile page and group space, allowing employees of the partner company to interact and collaborate with one another via message boards and blogs. They are also able to create, upload, and track documents relevant to Ektron deals.
