Attensity launches real-time Facebook analytics module
Attensity recently launched a new module which is supposed to give companies insight into Facebook content including comments, posts and surveys; providing them with data on a valuable social media channel.
Facebook's size and reach was not lost on Attensity and it wanted to provide its customers with a way to measure its effectiveness on the social media behemoth.
Catherine van Zuylen, vice president of global product management at Attensity said that with 750 million users, companies increasingly are using Facebook as a platform to engage with their customers. The Facebook module is designed to give them some insight into how effective that engagement is.
"With the new Facebook Analytics Module, organizations use Attensity's powerful multi-lingual semantic text mining capabilities to better understand customer needs and wants, drive competitive insights, improve brand engagement and more," van Zuylen said.
This Facebook tool builds on Attensity's other online analytics tools including one that provides access to the entire Twitter data stream.
The new module will be available in Attensity Analyze 6.0.
