Stephen Powers [1] from Forrester recently ran a webinar (sponsored by Siteworx [2], Inc.) that looked at "10 Lessons Learned from Management at the Nexus of Your Marketing and Customer Experience Strategy." Siteworx was kind enough to share the key take-aways from the event and a couple of things jumped out at me.
