Last week, Reuters reported that Norwegian police raided the headquarters of Fast Search & Transfer, an enterprise search company purchased by Microsoft earlier this year for $1.2 billion, for alleged accounting fraud. The irregularities reportedly happened prior to the purchase, but according to an August EContent magazine article [1], "the problems were no secret, even then."
