Alfresco Appoints Former SuccessFactors President Doug Dennerline as New CEO

Seasoned enterprise cloud veteran to lead Alfresco's next stage of growth

London, UK - January 15, 2013 - Coming off the biggest quarter in the history of the company, Alfresco, the open platform for business-critical content management and collaboration, today announced that it has appointed former SuccessFactors (part of SAP) President Doug Dennerline as CEO. Doug will lead the company through its next phase of expansion, driving business strategy and operations to capitalize on the rapidly growing content management market.

A 25-year veteran of some of Silicon Valley's best, Doug was most recently president of SuccessFactors, Inc. until its acquisition in 2012 by SAP for $3.4 billion. Before joining SuccessFactors, he was executive vice president of enterprise sales for Americas atSalesforce.com. Previously, Doug was the chief executive of the Webex division of Cisco.

      24th straight quarter of year-over-year revenue growth;

      109 new customers in 27 countries;

      Multiple $1 million+ deals in the U.S. Federal, insurance and media industries;

      Largest quarter in revenue for the U.S.;

      Strong continued momentum across Europe;

      Named as a 'Visionary' in Gartner's Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Content; Management and InfoTech's Vendor Landscape as a 'Value Leader'; and,

      Significant cloud integrations announced with Amazon Web Services, Salesforce.com, Google Docs and Microsoft Office.

Doug will be joining the Alfresco board of directors along with his new role as CEO, and Alfresco also plans to expand its presence in San Francisco in 2013.
